LEADING IN VOLATILE & UNCERTAIN TIMES
Moving You Forward
MY STORY
I am an Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, Management Consultant, Academic and Corporate Facilitator with over 30 years experience at senior management level. My career and consulting spans the healthcare, manufacturing, finance and consulting industries, technology and communications, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors, as well as professional service firms. Currently I teach in the Coaching Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney, and am an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University.
My particular interest is in assisting executives and boards to lead in volatile and uncertain environments. My leadership research, experience and exposure to international experts has led me to the successful application of mindfulness techniques to assist my clients.
I hold a PhD from Macquarie University, a Masters of Human Resource Management and Coaching from Sydney, a Master of Business Administration and a Science Degree with double major in biochemistry and biotechnology. Finally, I also studied postgraduate Mind Body medicine at Harvard.

NAVIGATING UNCERTAINTY
Developing our mind is crucial for outstanding leadership in uncertain times, yet it's hard to do. For the most successful navigator in the race’s history, winning his division of the Sydney Hobart Yacht race shows how the theory of mindful leadership improves performance in difficult, even life threatening situations.
