Our goal is to support researchers, leaders and organisations who wish to design and implement mindfulness based interventions that improve individual, leadership and/or organizational performance and well-being, whilst addressing the urgent and significant social and ecological issues facing our world. We want to contribute to theoretically-guided research into mindful leadership, and initiatives that help to facilitate it, in the service of leaders (and followers) who strive to improve our world.
